Parish Council Meetings and Minutes
Members of the public are welcome to attend meetings of the Parish Council which are usually held in the village hall.
Although the public are not allowed to speak during the formal business of the Council, a public session is held during which those who wish to may make their points or ask questions.

Public open Forum – Members of the public are invited to address the Council on any issue for up to 5 minutes each,
- Chairman’s welcome, and receive apologies for absence.
- Councillors to declare any interests or dispensations relating to items on the agenda
- To consider signing and approving the Minutes of the last Parish Council meeting held on 12th November 2025
- To receive a report on matters arising; notice board-bus shelter-computer
- To receive reports from Borough & County Councillors if in attendance
- Financial matters;
- To approve payments of invoices
- To discuss & agree precept for 2026/7
- To discuss planning matters
- To consider any Highways matters that need action and to review any previously reported.
Civic Amenity Visits -. - Correspondence; report on correspondence of note received since the last meeting.
- Village hall matters.
Next meeting is on -Wednesday 11th March 2026 at Hyde Lea & Coppenhall Village hall, starting at 7pm.
