Parish Council Meetings and Minutes
Members of the public are welcome to attend meetings of the Parish Council which are usually held in the village hall.
Although the public are not allowed to speak during the formal business of the Council, a public session is held during which those who wish to may make their points or ask questions.

TO ALL COUNCILLORS & RESIDENTS- YOU ARE INVITED TO A MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL WHICH WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY 9th SEPTEMBER 2026 at HYDE LEA & COPPENHALL VILLAGE HALL.
MEETING TO START AT 7.00 PM.
Agenda
Public open Forum – Members of the public are invited to address the Council on any issue over which it has power for up to 5 minutes each.
We will also welcome the 2 prospective candidates for the councillor vacancy and give brief outline of the parish council and its functions
- Chairman’s welcome, and receive apologies for absence.
- Councillors to declare any interests or dispensations relating to items on the agenda
- To consider signing and approving the Minutes of the last Parish Council meeting held on 8th July 2026
- To discuss any matters arising.
Problems with SID devices- Bus shelter litter bin – Bus shelter repair update
- To receive reports from Borough & County Councillors if in attendance.
- Financial matters: To approve payments of invoices.
- Planning: to discuss current planning issues.
- Consider any Highways matters that need action & review any previously recorded.
