Parish Council Meetings and Minutes
Members of the public are welcome to attend meetings of the Parish Council which are usually held in the village hall.
Although the public are not allowed to speak during the formal business of the Council, a public session is held during which those who wish to may make their points or ask questions.

TO ALL COUNCILLORS & RESIDENTS; You are invited to a meeting of the Parish Council on Wednesday 13th May 2026 at Hyde Lea & Coppenhall Village Hall, starting at 7.00 pm. This will be the combined Annual Parish Assembly and Annual Meeting of the Parish Council.

3; Chairmans report on last year’s council activities.
4; To receive reports from District/County Councillors if in attendance.
Part 2; Annual meeting of the Parish Council
1; Council to elect chairman for the next 12 months.
2; To receive apologies for absence.
3; Councillors to declare any interests or dispensations relating to items on the agenda
4; To consider approving the Minutes of the last Parish Council meeting held on 11th March 2026
5; Matters arising, not covered on the current agenda. Reply about pavement parking, PCSO comments previously circulated.
6; To consider quotation for repairs to the bus shelter.
7; Appointment of representatives.
8; Financial matters;
- To approve payments of invoices,
- To accept annual accounts
- To discuss and agree Annual Governance statement
- To discuss and accept the Accounting Statements
- To agree to request Certificate of Exemption from external audit
